Supervised contact means a trained staff member stays in the room throughout the visit.
Their role is to ensure everyone is safe and supported while helping the child and parent spend positive time together.
Staff take notes about how the contact goes, and they are there to help if anyone needs reassurance or guidance.
This type of contact is usually used when families need a higher level of support or when it has been recommended by a court or social worker.

Supervised contact per hour - £80 (up to 2 children)

Additional children charged at £10 per hour

Supervised contact is time between the child(ren) and their non-resident parent, rebuilding relationships in a safe and child centred way. A staff member will be in the room and taking note on the contact – providing a report to the appropriate people post contact.

Supervised video contact per hour- £60

This type of contact may be useful if you are travelling and still want to see your children or if you want to book contact across areas. A staff member will be on the contact to supervise, and a report will be provided to the appropriate people post contact. This contact is only provided on a case by case basis.

Supported contact offers a safe and welcoming space for children to spend time with the parent they do not live with.
Unlike supervised contact, staff do not stay in the room or watch the whole visit, but they are nearby and available if needed.
This type of contact works well for families who do not require close supervision but still benefit from a safe, neutral environment.

Supported contact is family time between the child(ren) and their non-resident parent, rebuilding relationships in a safe and child centred way. A staff member is available in a specified room so that if someone needs support they can speak to them. A check in happens with the children pre and post contact to support safety and wellbeing. This is often a step down from supervised contact when the plan is going well.

These are short visits held before regular contact sessions begin.
They help children and parents get familiar with the centre, meet the staff, and understand what will happen during contact.
Preparation visits can make the first full session much easier and can give everyone a chance to ask questions and feel ready. These visits are mandatory before contact begins.

This is a visit to support your child to feel comfortable in the centre, understand who will be there and what will happen. This is important and is non-optional.

Pre-contact Visit for resident/non-resident parent/carer - £60

This ensures that we capture your voice, plan the plan around contact, and make sure you know what is going to happen. This is important and is non-optional.

A handover helps children move safely between parents’ care without the adults needing to meet.
One parent brings the child to the centre, and staff support the handover so the other parent can collect them for their time together.
After the visit, the child is returned to the centre in the same way.
This service reduces stress and helps children feel comfortable during transitions.

Our Individual Parenting Sessions are one‑to‑one support sessions designed around the unique needs of each parent and child. These sessions are usually commissioned by professionals such as social workers, family support teams, or other agencies who feel a parent would benefit from personalised guidance.

The Caring Dads Programme is a supportive 17‑week group course that helps fathers build healthier, safer, and more positive relationships with their children. It is designed for dads who want to make real changes in their parenting and understand how their behaviour affects their family. This programme is specifically for men who have abused or neglected their children or exposed them to abuse of their mothers.

Caring Dad’s Programme - £1500 (Income dependant)

Caring Dads is a structured 17 week programme designed to support fathers—particularly those whose behaviour has harmed or negatively impacted their child’s other parent—in developing safe, respectful, and responsible parenting practices that prioritise the wellbeing of their children and families.

A CUBAS Parenting Assessment is a detailed and supportive way of understanding how parents care for their child and what help they may need. It is used by social workers and family courts when there are worries about a child’s safety or wellbeing.

CUBAS looks at parenting in a fair, clear, and child‑centred way. It helps professionals understand:

What they may struggle with

What support could help them care safely for their child
