Pre-contact Visit for children - £60

This is a visit to support your child to feel comfortable in the centre, understand who will be there and what will happen. This is important and is non-optional.

Pre-contact Visit for resident/non-resident parent/carer - £60

This ensures that we capture your voice, plan the plan around contact, and make sure you know what is going to happen. This is important and is non-optional.

Supervised contact per hour - £80 (up to 2 children)

Additional children charged at £10 per hour

Supervised contact is time between the child(ren) and their non-resident parent, rebuilding relationships in a safe and child centred way. A staff member will be in the room and taking note on the contact – providing a report to the appropriate people post contact.

Supervised video contact per hour- £60

This type of contact may be useful if you are travelling and still want to see your children or if you want to book contact across areas. A staff member will be on the contact to supervise, and a report will be provided to the appropriate people post contact. This contact is only provided on a case by case basis.

Supported contact per hour - £75 (up to 2 children)

Additional children charged at £10 per hour

Supported contact is family time between the child(ren) and their non-resident parent, rebuilding relationships in a safe and child centred way. A staff member is available in a specified room so that if someone needs support they can speak to them. A check in happens with the children pre and post contact to support safety and wellbeing. This is often a step down from supervised contact when the plan is going well.

Handover (per hour) - £40

Next Steps meetings per hour – £40

When contact has been ongoing for an agreed specified amount of time, a meeting takes place to review the contact plan and agree next steps.

Court Report - £175

A report sent to court, your solicitor or the local authority detailing the contact held, reactions of the children and professional recommendations.

Court Attendance as an Expert Witness (per hour) - £60

Expenses will be charged as an additional expense.

Attending court to provide testimony as an expert witness.

Caring Dad’s Programme - £1500 (Income dependant)

Caring Dads is a structured 17 week programme designed to support fathers—particularly those whose behaviour has harmed or negatively impacted their child’s other parent—in developing safe, respectful, and responsible parenting practices that prioritise the wellbeing of their children and families.

Payment Terms

All payments need to be made in advance of contact times. If we have not received payment within 48 hours, contact will not go ahead.

Any family time cancelled 48 and 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the original cost.

Any family time cancelled within 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% of the original cost.
